BrickStone gets first place for its Champion Food at the 2013 Brewpub Shootout

Chef Dino brought an amazing Herb-Crusted Scallop & Avocado Puree on Corn Bread Pudding to the Chicago Beer Society's 15th Annual Brewpub Shootout held on Saturday, January 19th in Chicago. It seems we weren't the only ones who liked it. Attendees of this year's event voted it the Champion Food and BrickStone earned first place for this delicious item!!!! Congratulations Dino!!!! We always love tasting your creations!!!!
