Cinco de Mayo

Cinco de Mayo, the fifth of May, is not just a day to celebrate Mexican heritage and pride, but a day to enjoy some delicious Mexican cuisine. Our Master Chef Dino has created a special Cinco de Mayo menu available this Thursday only. Mmmmm....

Chipotle Salmon: Grilled Atlantic salmon glazed in a sweet & spicy honey berry sauce; served with red-skin mashed potatoes.

Taco Platter: Three tacos filled with shredded lettuce, pico de gallo, and cheddar cheese; served with refried beans and Spanish rice. Your choice of ground beef, chicken, or steak.

Tequila Marinated Mahi Mahi: Tequila marinated grilled mahi mahi topped with pico de gallo; served over Spanish rice with tomatillo salso.

Tequila-Lime Shrimp Fettuccini: Fettuccini tossed with peppers & onions, fresh cilantro and a tequila-line jalapeno cream sauce.

Mexico City Ribeye: A 14oz ribeye fire-grilled to perfection and topped with a roasted tomato salsa, pico de gallo, and a melted cheddar cheese blend; served with refreid beans and Spanish rice.
